REAL ESTATE

We will advertise, promote and present your property leading up to auction day.  The day of the auction, we will show the true market value of your property through competitive bidding.  At the end of the bidding, you make the decision to sell or not to sell based on your predetermined reserve price.  Upon selling an auction property, there is no commission charged to the seller as we generally charge a premium to the buyer. A deposit is taken the day of the sale and the balance paid in one month.
